About the role
- Design the front door to care: where people first land, evaluate options, and decide to take the next step
- Responsible for online search and doctor-referral pathways for patients
- Prototype and launch experiments to improve how patients search for care online and with their doctors
- Lead design for landing pages and onboarding experiences and other new channels
- Translate ideas into production-ready, high-quality visual design
- Develop and document reusable design patterns in the patient-facing design system (Helix)
- Collaborate closely with PMs, marketers, engineers, researchers, and other product and brand designers
- Balance near-term conversion goals with long-term design vision while moving quickly and learning from real user needs
Requirements
- 8+ years experience as a Product Designer (3+ on a growth-related team), designing high-performing, consumer-facing desktop and mobile web products
- Strong visual and interaction design craft
- Experience with hypothesis-driven iteration, experimentation, and measurable impact
- Ability to translate user insights and business goals into polished, intuitive design
- Desire for work that makes a meaningful difference in people’s lives
