About the role
- Manage our NYC office playbook and systems
- Own the reception area
- Support employees day-to-day NYC workspace needs as #1 point of contact
- Build in person events
- Lead NYC office operations - primary point of contact for vendors, systems, supplies, maintenance, mail and logistics
- Design office communications tools and processes to ignite engagement in our offices
- Serve as an early member of the Employee Experience & Facilities function, supporting Headway employees
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working on Facilities & Community -- including experience working at a high growth technology start-up
- Extremely skillful and passionate about Employee Experience and Facilities
- Excellent communication and project management skills; able to keep multiple work streams running smoothly and visibly
- Love to build new things optimizing for scale, efficiency and engagement
