• Lead Headway's clinical quality strategy, developing protocols and processes that uphold safety, efficiency, and effectiveness standards for psychotherapy
• Build and scale the Professional Practice Evaluation programs to improve clinical outcomes across the provider network
• Conduct routine chart reviews and monitoring; provide feedback to clinicians and create remediation plans for documentation concerns
• Collaborate with Product teams to ensure the EHR meets industry clinical standards and to develop automated quality monitoring systems
• Supervise clinical teams and peer reviewers, building clinical oversight capabilities as the organization scales
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, Compliance, Product, Engineering) to optimize workflows and create scalable feedback systems for providers
