About the role
- Own the end-to-end payment and billing experience across patients and providers
- Navigate complexity with systems thinking
- Prototype with Claude Code/Cursor and MagicPattern to build and iterate on the flows and IAs
- Conduct research and validate the solution with customer support
- Contribute to the design system and share AI practice with the team
Requirements
- Designers are expected to use AI tools like Claude, Cursor, and MagicPatterns
- Strong ability to navigate complex payment and billing experiences
- Experience in conducting research and directly talking to customers
- Experience with design systems and contributing to team culture
- Ability to clarify problem space and understand data
