- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to coordinate candidate interview activity
- Serve as the main point of contact for Headway candidates during their interview processes
- Support Talent team projects related to operations and branding
- Follow a structured hiring process to reduce bias and improve hiring decisions
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of recruiting coordination experience at a tech company in a high-growth environment
- Experience working with Greenhouse
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to self-manage and execute new processes
- Creative thinking and comfort with ambiguity
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
