About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop concepts and ideas for social media advertising videos — creative, strategic, and always on trend.
  • Plan and organize our shoots down to the smallest detail: from casting and reviewing/managing applications to preparing clear briefings.
  • Support the organization of props and the search for suitable locations.
  • Present your concepts in client meetings and persuade with your vision.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong instinct for high-quality content and a clear understanding of what works on each platform.
  • Conceptual thinking and structured organization.
  • A creative mind and organizational talent combined.
  • Confident communication with clients and within the team.
  • Experience in an agency, directing, or creative direction is a big plus.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, Marketing, or Digital Media — Bachelor’s or Master’s.
  • Preferably some initial professional experience.
  • Motivation and drive to give your best and a strong eagerness to learn.
  • Independence and a willingness to learn.
  • Interest in the creation and publishing of social media advertising.
  • Knowledge of consumer psychology.
  • Solid knowledge of various social media channels.
