About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You develop concepts and ideas for social media advertising videos — creative, strategic, and always on trend.
- You plan and organize our shoots down to the smallest detail: from casting actors and reviewing and managing applications to preparing clear briefings.
- You support the organization of props and the search for suitable locations.
- After a few months of onboarding, you will present your concepts in client meetings and convince others with your vision.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have a strong instinct for great content and know exactly what works on which platform.
- Conceptual thinking comes naturally to you, and you are equally skilled at structured organization — you are both a creative thinker and an organizational talent.
- You communicate confidently with clients and the team, and maintain an overview even when handling multiple projects in parallel.
- Experience in an agency, directing, or creative direction is a strong plus.
- Preferably a completed degree with a focus on business administration, psychology, communications, marketing, or digital media — Bachelor's or Master's.
- Motivation and drive to give your all and to learn new things.
- Independence and a willingness to learn.
- Interest in creating and publishing social media advertising.
- Knowledge of consumer psychology.
- Solid knowledge of various social media channels.
