Creative Director – Full-time / Part-time (30 hrs)

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take full creative ownership — from the big idea to the final output
- Guide clients through the creative process, balancing their needs and goals
- Lead pitches, facilitate workshops, and maintain momentum on day-to-day projects
- Provide direction to the design team and foster an environment that allows individual strengths to grow
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic, Communication, or Media Design
- Expert-level command of Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma
- Comfortable with current AI, design, and production tools
- Strong communication, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills — in both German and English
- Proven experience leading creative teams
