About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 7 years of relevant professional experience in digital marketing
- Experience in a digital marketing agency, digital consultancy, e‑commerce, or a comparable environment
- Proven success in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, customer journeys, and funnel logic
- Ability to translate marketing into business results
- Operational experience with relevant marketing platforms and campaign systems (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Experience in leading team members (optionally also disciplinary leadership experience)
- Strong interest in AI and modern technologies
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
