Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of professional experience in a digital consultancy, digital agency, technology consultancy, management consultancy or a comparable digital environment
Experience with CRM, MarTech or CDP systems
Ideally additional exposure to e‑commerce, digital sales or customer experience
Experience in analyzing and optimizing digital processes
Understanding of digital system landscapes and technological interrelationships
Experience in requirements management or structured requirements gathering
Ability to structure complex topics clearly and guide clients confidently through decisions
Overview of modern technology solutions and current digital trends – including AI use cases
Strong customer orientation and the ability to bridge business and technical perspectives
Very good proficiency in German, both written and spoken
