About the role

  • Proactively acquire new customers in Germany, Switzerland and Austria, and prospectively in other European markets.
  • Build and maintain personal lead lists and actively research relevant industries and target contacts.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: qualification, needs analysis, software demos, proposal development, contracts, and handover to delivery.
  • Ongoing management and expansion of your own customer portfolio, including up- and cross-selling.
  • Participate in internal trainings, webinars and knowledge-transfer sessions.

Requirements

  • Approximately 2 years of sales experience in the IT/digital/software sector
  • Experience with B2B software solutions
  • Enthusiastic and strong communicator — able to engage and connect with people
  • Technical understanding and a genuine interest in complex software solutions
  • Motivated to work with large enterprises
  • Resilient and solution-oriented — you persist despite obstacles
  • Self-motivated and well organized
  • Very good German and strong English skills
  • Willingness to travel: 5–8 client meetings per month within the DACH region
