About the role
- Proactively acquire new customers in Germany, Switzerland and Austria, and prospectively in other European markets.
- Build and maintain personal lead lists and actively research relevant industries and target contacts.
- Manage the entire sales cycle: qualification, needs analysis, software demos, proposal development, contracts, and handover to delivery.
- Ongoing management and expansion of your own customer portfolio, including up- and cross-selling.
- Participate in internal trainings, webinars and knowledge-transfer sessions.
Requirements
- Approximately 2 years of sales experience in the IT/digital/software sector
- Experience with B2B software solutions
- Enthusiastic and strong communicator — able to engage and connect with people
- Technical understanding and a genuine interest in complex software solutions
- Motivated to work with large enterprises
- Resilient and solution-oriented — you persist despite obstacles
- Self-motivated and well organized
- Very good German and strong English skills
- Willingness to travel: 5–8 client meetings per month within the DACH region
