About the role
- Independently responsible for developing Shopware projects within the team
- Shopware template development: professional implementation of layouts from design to frontend
- System integration: connecting ERP systems and PIM solutions to Shopware
- Module development: design and implementation of custom Shopware modules
- Participation in migrating Shopware stores from versions 4/5 to 6
- Interface development for import and export functions
- Project planning including coordination and prioritization of development tasks
- Technical consulting: support with effort estimates and feasibility analyses for project management
- Quality control: ensuring high code quality, adherence to coding standards, and technical documentation
Requirements
- Several years of experience developing Shopware projects (including V5 and V6, migration experience a plus)
- Experience in both backend and frontend development
- Solid knowledge of object-oriented PHP development (Symfony or Laravel) and MySQL
- Confident use of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for project delivery
- Understanding of client needs and requirements
- Commitment to continuous professional development
- A completed degree or equivalent vocational training is desirable but not required.
