About the role

  • Independently responsible for developing Shopware projects within the team
  • Shopware template development: professional implementation of layouts from design to frontend
  • System integration: connecting ERP systems and PIM solutions to Shopware
  • Module development: design and implementation of custom Shopware modules
  • Participation in migrating Shopware stores from versions 4/5 to 6
  • Interface development for import and export functions
  • Project planning including coordination and prioritization of development tasks
  • Technical consulting: support with effort estimates and feasibility analyses for project management
  • Quality control: ensuring high code quality, adherence to coding standards, and technical documentation

Requirements

  • Several years of experience developing Shopware projects (including V5 and V6, migration experience a plus)
  • Experience in both backend and frontend development
  • Solid knowledge of object-oriented PHP development (Symfony or Laravel) and MySQL
  • Confident use of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility for project delivery
  • Understanding of client needs and requirements
  • Commitment to continuous professional development
  • A completed degree or equivalent vocational training is desirable but not required.
