About the role
- Draft, edit, and produce a wide range of materials for both Hayden AI and our partners.
- Assist with planning, creating, and scheduling timely and engaging content for Hayden AI’s social media channels.
- Promote and develop Hayden AI’s brand in the technology sector by securing industry-related publicity opportunities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams and Hayden AI customers to create communications materials.
- Support public relations efforts by drafting press releases, pitching stories, and working with reporters to secure media coverage.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within the technology, public transit, or government sectors.
- Exceptional writing and editing ability.
- Demonstrated ability to produce content quickly, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with graphic design and video editing tools.
- Experience with public relations and media outreach.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with AI tools for communication materials.
- Travel Requirements Position requires up to 15% travel.
