• We have a brand new and exciting opportunity to join our asset team as an Asset Data and Surveying Manager! You will be responsible for proactively managing our asset management system database and our surveying function. Analysing data, maintain accurate and up to date information and be a figure head in the organisation to ensure the proactive asset management is used across decision making processes. You’ll be responsible for the Asset Surveying team who cover areas such as Disrepair, Insurance Works, Structural Works and Building Fabric Surveys. You’ll also be responsible for the stock condition programme, HHSRS management as well as EPC surveys.
• We own and manage c.7,500 homes in the east of England, working closely with other agencies and stakeholders within our communities. We build on the good foundations we have in place in being a customer-centric organisation, investing in our existing homes - including our zero-carbon journey - as well as building new homes.
