About the role
- Define, own, and execute the technical strategy and architectural vision
- Maintain a significant hands-on coding role (50%+)

Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in backend software development
- 4+ years focused on Golang
- 2+ years in a Technical Lead role
- Expert-level proficiency in Golang, GCP services (e.g., GKE, Cloud Run)
- Expertise in microservice architectures
- Mastery of data structures and enterprise-level system design patterns
- Proficiency with Git and modern workflows
