About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Be the primary client contact in Canberra throughout project delivery.
Lead the project through construction and contract administration.
Coordinate consultants and contractors to achieve successful project outcomes.
Resolve technical and site-related challenges with confidence.
Work closely with our Sydney team to ensure consistent communication, quality and delivery.
Help deliver a high-quality education project that will have a lasting impact on the community.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Demonstrated experience delivering complex architectural projects through construction.
Strong client and stakeholder relationship skills.
Excellent technical knowledge and coordination experience.
Confidence leading project delivery and making informed decisions on site.
Experience using Revit and delivering high-quality documentation.
Registration as an Architect in Australia (or eligibility to become registered).
Experience on education or public sector projects is desirable but not essential.
