You are the first point of contact for our German-speaking community — whether it’s product advice, a complaint, or a simple question
With quick, friendly replies via chat, email, and social media, you put a smile on our customers’ faces
You bring fresh ideas to our internal processes and help continuously improve them
Together with our shipping partners, you make sure logistical hurdles are resolved quickly

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluent German and basic English (English is our company language)
Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a positive attitude — you enjoy interacting with people and will be the connection to our customers from day one
Patience and understanding, even in stressful situations — you want to genuinely convince every customer and enjoy finding suitable solutions
Hands-on mentality, structured working style, and an eye for detail
Interest in Home & Living and, ideally, an affinity for social media
Availability: As a freelancer, working student, or temporary contract worker, you should ideally be available for 20 hours per week during the period from October 15 or November 1 until December 31, 2026
