Field Sales Manager – B2C

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coaching and development of the team
- Support, coach and develop a B2C sales team
- Regularly attend client meetings as part of field coaching
- Define, track and challenge individual and team sales targets
- Conduct performance reviews and ensure skills development
- Train and onboard new team members
- Lead by example by actively participating in closing sales in the field
- Develop and implement commercial and marketing strategies that drive growth
- Identify market opportunities and anticipate trends
- Translate market analyses into concrete action plans for the team
- Run effective sales campaigns and ensure their follow-up
- Coordinate marketing activities: events, webinars, content, local initiatives, etc.
- Ensure rigorous follow-up of sales files
- Ensure efficient and high-quality lead distribution
- Maintain an excellent level of customer satisfaction
- Analyze sales results and identify areas for improvement
- Provide regular reporting to stakeholders
- Set ambitious and realistic goals for your team
- Manage sales budgets effectively and responsibly
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement of processes and performance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a B2C sales role with team management
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent coaching, leadership and motivational skills
- Strong field presence and customer-facing orientation
- Flexibility in working hours (e.g., occasional evenings or Saturday mornings)
- Solid analytical skills and results orientation
- Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
