About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coaching and development of the team
  • Support, coach and develop a B2C sales team
  • Regularly attend client meetings as part of field coaching
  • Define, track and challenge individual and team sales targets
  • Conduct performance reviews and ensure skills development
  • Train and onboard new team members
  • Lead by example by actively participating in closing sales in the field
  • Develop and implement commercial and marketing strategies that drive growth
  • Identify market opportunities and anticipate trends
  • Translate market analyses into concrete action plans for the team
  • Run effective sales campaigns and ensure their follow-up
  • Coordinate marketing activities: events, webinars, content, local initiatives, etc.
  • Ensure rigorous follow-up of sales files
  • Ensure efficient and high-quality lead distribution
  • Maintain an excellent level of customer satisfaction
  • Analyze sales results and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide regular reporting to stakeholders
  • Set ambitious and realistic goals for your team
  • Manage sales budgets effectively and responsibly
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement of processes and performance.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a B2C sales role with team management
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent coaching, leadership and motivational skills
  • Strong field presence and customer-facing orientation
  • Flexibility in working hours (e.g., occasional evenings or Saturday mornings)
  • Solid analytical skills and results orientation
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
