About the role
- Support exciting projects that drive our company forward — from organizational development and quality management to strategy development
- Take ownership of small projects and contribute your ideas
- Collaborate with different organizational units and learn how effective interdisciplinary cooperation works
- Assist in planning, running and following up on workshops and meetings
- Research current topics, summarize findings clearly and derive concrete recommendations
- Support us across a wide range of topics and gain a comprehensive view of strategy and organizational development work in a medium-sized company
Requirements
- You are a enrolled student (m/f/d), e.g., in economics, social sciences, environmental or engineering sciences, business development/management, project management, business psychology, organizational education or change management
- Quick learner, strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
- Reliable, structured and independent working style with a sense of responsibility
- Curiosity and initiative to familiarise yourself with new topics
- Confident user of MS Office
