Build product-level reporting and dashboards from the ground up using SQL-based data sources
Define and align key metrics across multiple product managers and product lines
Translate complex data into clear insights and present them to product leadership and senior stakeholders
Partner with product management to understand business questions and prioritize analytics work
Audit data sources and improve data quality, consistency, and documentation
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and introduce automation or AI-driven solutions
Establish a foundation for data governance and consistent metric definitions across the product organization

Requirements

5+ years of experience in data analytics or business analytics with clear examples of influencing business decisions
Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience working in live data environments
Experience using Python or R for analysis and automation
Proven ability to build dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
Experience presenting data and insights to non-technical stakeholders, including leadership
Ability to work across teams and drive alignment without formal authority
