Key responsibilities & impact- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email and chat
- Support customers with questions about products, services, orders or general account topics
- Update and maintain customer records

Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluency in one of the languages listed above (written & spoken)
- Good level of English
- Customer oriented mindset and problem solving skills
- Willingness to work in shifts (depending on project)
- Minimum age: 18
- Legal authorization to work within the European Union
