About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You actively contribute to expanding our modern, KPI-driven reporting and further drive digitization within controlling.
  • By providing transparency over transport, cost and payment flows, you support the management of our operational business.
  • You further develop our structured, KPI-based reporting and create dashboards (e.g., with Power BI) for operational and financial metrics.
  • You analyze transport costs, margins, utilization and payment flows, and perform target vs. actual comparisons and variance analyses.
  • You support monthly, quarterly and annual closings and help optimize payment processes and cash-flow transparency.
  • By further developing ERP and BI systems, you drive automation and digitization of our controlling processes.
  • You work closely with Finance, IT and other operational departments.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have a degree in Business Administration, Controlling, Logistics or Business Informatics.
  • You have several years of experience in controlling, ideally in logistics.
  • You have a strong affinity for numbers and IT and are interested in data-driven work.
  • You have experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI), very good Excel skills and initial exposure to ERP or TMS systems.
  • Your analytical, structured and independent way of working, as well as your communicative teamwork and enthusiasm for cross-departmental collaboration, characterize you.
