About the role

  • You support the management in day-to-day operations and ensure that everything runs smoothly
  • You maintain and manage our commercial insurance policies in the broker management system
  • You review existing contracts, obtain quotes and compare them
  • You assist in preparing offers and contracts
  • You coordinate appointments and prepare for and follow up on client meetings
  • You communicate with commercial clients, insurance partners and service providers
  • You keep an eye on all processes and ensure that nothing is left pending

Requirements

  • Completed training as an insurance clerk/specialist or a comparable qualification is required
  • You have good knowledge of property insurance — ideally with experience in commercial client business
  • You work in a structured, independent and reliable manner
  • You enjoy organization, think proactively and are motivated to make processes efficient behind the scenes
  • You are communicative, a team player and responsible, and you do not shy away from contact with clients and insurers
  • You present yourself in a friendly, confident and professional manner
  • You like modern ways of working, digital tools and efficient processes
