About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Talk to a wide variety of new business contacts - including Owners, Property Managers, and Managers
- Cold call and prospect for leads to companies that could benefit from the new offer
- Maintain email and phone conversations with warm prospects to determine the driving factor in the purchase or sign-up decision
- Become a product/offer expert and learn strategies to communicate product/offer value
- Continually increase product knowledge by working closely with the Operations Supervisor
- Clearly communicate business decision drivers, costs, and benefits to showcase the product/offer as a strategic advantage
Requirements
What you’ll need- One to three years of B2B experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer-centric role
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is preferred
- Experience working with Salesforce.com CRM and SalesLoft is preferable
- Tech Sales experience required
- Superior customer service, cold calling, and data entry skills
- Strong over-the-phone communication and online presentation skills
- Advocate for customers and prospects by building rapport to identify their key needs and determine possible solution-sets
- Desire to think creatively and use problem-solving skills to assure customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi-task, pay attention to detail, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate to advanced experience navigating multiple windows to provide accurate information to end users (multiple screens recommended but not required)
- Flexible attitude and demonstrated ability to hit targets and exceed expectations
- High school diploma or equivalent, College degree preferred
