Key responsibilities & impact

As part of the Operations team, the Solution Architect (SA) is responsible for providing high-quality product expertise both internally and to our clients.
The SA's primary responsibility is to deliver the services ordered by clients: Service delivery — executing and handing over services listed in the catalogue: On-Premises — supporting deployment and maintenance of the solution within the client's IT environment; Product — assisting clients in the use of our solutions.
The SA also contributes to the development of internal technical expertise and works closely with the Product, Customer Experience, Solution Engineers (SE) and Customer Success Manager (CSM) teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Two types of profiles may fit this role: a candidate with solid experience in EDR solutions and cybersecurity environments who wants to develop skills in technical project management; or a candidate from systems engineering/Linux, comfortable with on-premises environments and looking to build expertise in cybersecurity.
Experience supporting large enterprise clients and coordinating complex technical projects will be particularly valued.
Advanced technical knowledge (product, infrastructure, systems, etc.).
Experience managing and coordinating complex technical projects.
Ability to support and train a range of stakeholders.
Interest in cybersecurity topics and product expertise.
Active participation in continuous product improvement.
Autonomy and a strong team spirit.
