Key responsibilities & impact

Provides case management services and coordinates programmatic designation for Harc Day Programs individuals
Primary liaison between Harc and funding agencies, parents, and residential providers
Writes timely, comprehensive reports and attends scheduled individual planned meetings
Directly supervises direct support staff during program functions
Provides direct care support when needed
Responsible for monitoring and coordinating the Individual Plan

Requirements

What you’ll need

Knowledge typically associated with a Bachelor's degree in a human service
Experience in Special Education, Counseling and/or behavioral programming required
At least one-year minimum experience
Competence in Microsoft Word and Excel for Windows
Must have a valid Driver's License
Must have reliable transportation
