Key responsibilities & impact

Supporting the planning and roll-out of exciting events like roadshows, conferences, and exhibitions
Coordinating logistics and handling email correspondence
Getting marketing collateral out there and ensuring the brand shines
Championing sayouth.mobi — onboarding new users onto the platform
Being go-to person for young job seekers who need guidance and support
Putting together reports capturing insights and stories from events
Spotting new opportunities to collaborate with strategic partners
Supporting the rollout of the Youth Voices Programme and other initiatives for young people

Requirements

What you’ll need

A Matric or Grade 12 certificate is required
Comfortable communicating in English — both in writing and in person
Knowing a second language is a big plus
At least a year of experience working in a youth or partner-facing environment
A genuine passion for engaging with people
Valid driver's licence would be a bonus
