About the role
- Join weekly sprint kickoff and review meetings with the leadership team
- Run daily check-ins with internal team members and track progress
- Manage tasks and sprints in ClickUp — create, assign, and follow up on tasks
- Keep our Notion documentation hub up to date and organized
- Communicate clearly with team members across different time zones
- Flag blockers early and help the team resolve them quickly
- Support onboarding of new team members into our tools and processes
- Coordinate between departments: hiring, finance, operations, and development
Requirements
- Strong written and spoken English — you communicate clearly and professionally
- Positive energy and a can-do attitude — you lift the team, not drain it
- High intelligence and fast learning ability — you figure things out
- Strong organization skills — nothing slips through the cracks with you
- Genuine curiosity about how teams and projects work
- Comfort working remotely and across time zones
- Experience with tools like Notion, ClickUp, Airtable, Slack, or similar (nice to have, not required)
- Background in project coordination, operations, or team management (nice to have)
