Requirements
- Led at scale — ideally COO, VP Ops, GM or similar at a DTC or CPG brand with strong revenue and operational complexity
- Built teams, held P&L accountability, and own outcomes like a founder would
- Experience in Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), eCommerce, or CPG (asked in application questions)
- Direct operating experience with supplements, nutraceuticals, or other consumer packaged products preferred
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics) for supply chain/operations (asked in application questions)
- Direct responsibilities in supply chain & logistics: procurement, forecasting, inventory, warehousing, 3PL partner management (asked in application questions)
- Emotional intelligence, hunger, humility, high-velocity environment experience
