- Combines big-picture thinking with obsession for process, precision, and execution
- Built teams, held P&L accountability, and own outcomes like a founder
- Excited by high-velocity environments and love solving hard problems in motion
- Hungry, humble, emotionally intelligent, and ready to help take a great company to world-class
- Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), eCommerce, or CPG experience
- Ability to lead cross-functional execution
