About the role
- Own product pipeline — develop new supplements and functional foods with commercial potential, global compliance, and best-in-class efficacy
- Lead formulation strategy — collaborate with labs, scientists, and manufacturers to deliver breakthrough products
- Bridge innovation and science — blend innovation, customer insight, and scientific rigor
- Oversee testing, QA, and regulatory reviews across key markets (US, UK, EU, AU, etc.)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, legal, and CX to take products from concept to commercial success
Requirements
- Developed top-selling products in the supplement, functional food, or natural health space
- Deep knowledge of formulation science, ingredient synergy, and functional delivery systems
- Understanding of global compliance frameworks (FDA, TGA, FSA, EFSA, etc.)
- Fluent in product-market fit and commercial thinking
- Experience leading remote teams
- Experience leading product portfolio management and establishing/optimizing structured processes (e.g., SOPs, lifecycle workflows, cross-functional coordination)
