- Own our product pipeline — develop new supplements and functional foods with commercial potential, global compliance, and best-in-class efficacy
- Lead formulation strategy — collaborate with world-class labs, scientists, and manufacturers to deliver breakthrough products
- Bridge art and science — blend innovation, customer insight, and scientific rigor to ensure each product is both market-leading and legally watertight
- Oversee testing, QA, and regulatory reviews — ensure all formulations meet the highest standards across key markets (US, UK, EU, AU, etc.)
- Collaborate cross-functionally — work with marketing, operations, legal, and CX to take products from concept to commercial success
Requirements
- developed top-selling products in the supplement, functional food, or natural health space
- deep knowledge of formulation science, ingredient synergy, and functional delivery systems
- understand global compliance frameworks (FDA, TGA, FSA, EFSA, etc.) and can navigate them confidently
- fluent in product-market fit and think commercially, not just clinically
