About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead strategic initiatives supporting company growth, including new market entry, data center development processes, and operational improvements
  • Track project schedules, milestones, risks, budgets, and deliverables across multiple active projects
  • Prepare presentations, reports, meeting materials, and executive summaries for internal stakeholders
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings with Real Estate, Energy, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Development, and Strategy teams
  • Organize project documentation, maintain trackers, and improve internal processes
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting, and project management processes
  • Gain exposure to negotiations, commercial discussions, land development activities, and strategic decision-making
  • Perform additional project-related responsibilities and special assignments as requested by management
  • Perform other job-related duties as requested by management in accordance with applicable laws and company policies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Project Management, or a related field
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Familiarity with project management tools is a plus
  • Proven ability to handle ambiguity, multiple workstreams, and competing priorities
  • Interest in data centers, energy infrastructure, commercial real estate, or large-scale development projects
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and stakeholders, up to 25% of the time
