About the role
- Responsibility for complex IT projects from planning through to successful handover — including clear budget, schedule and quality management.
- Managing resources and project teams and producing transparent reports for stakeholders and management.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through clear, proactive communication and early identification and management of risks.
- Supporting Sales and PreSales in acquisition, proposal processes and assessment of customer requirements.
- Actively advancing our project management methods and internal processes through experience, structure and professional input.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
- At least 5 years of experience in independently managing IT projects, with strong skills in client leadership, stakeholder management and resolving complex situations.
- Solid knowledge of at least one established project management methodology (e.g., PRINCE2, IPMA, PMI); experience with agile approaches (Scrum, Kanban) or IT service frameworks (e.g., ITIL) is desirable.
- Strong technical understanding of collaboration platforms, AI solutions and process automation to steer projects effectively and engage subject‑matter experts efficiently.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and team events.
