About the role
- Build and lead the team for refrigeration systems engineering within our IVENCON division
- Responsible for planning, coordinating and executing complex refrigeration projects
- Technical and organizational management of project teams and external partners
- Act as the interface between project management, manufacturing and service
- Support technical sales, bid costing and project engineering
- Develop standards, processes and innovations in refrigeration systems engineering
Requirements
- Degree in building services / HVAC engineering or an equivalent qualification
- Experience in refrigeration systems engineering, ideally with leadership responsibility
- Knowledge of industrial refrigeration systems and relevant standards and regulations
- Team player, self-motivated, strong communicator and confident demeanor with customers, partners and staff
