About the role
- Designing templates and components
- Performing peer reviews and technical documentation
- Debugging and troubleshooting complex issues
- Owning content release activities and code reviews
- Mentoring team members and enforcing guidelines
- Coordinating technical communication with other groups
- Conducting one-on-one meetings for feedback and coaching
- Overseeing peer reviewing and unit testing practices
- Gathering user and business requirements and mapping them to solutions
- Presenting to clients and ensuring clear documentation
- Creating training programs for technologies
- Participating in Capability activities and initiatives
- Acting as web content lead and point of contact
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience working with AEM
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS)
- Experience applying SEO best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience automating or improving processes
- Enjoy mentoring others and building relationships
- Proficiency with data transfer formats (e.g. JSON, XML)
- Knowledge of popular JavaScript frameworks
- Experience implementing SEO guidelines
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging
- Capable of designing quality assurance processes
- Knowledge of recent development patterns
- Desirable: BS in Computer Science or related discipline
- Desirable: Experience in Digital Agencies, SCRUM/Agile projects
- Desired: SCRUM Fundamentals Certification
- Desired: Six Sigma Fundamentals Certification
- Advanced English Proficiency (B2+ reading, writing, and conversation)
