About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide one-on-one behavioral interventions to clients in their home
Run skill acquisition programs with clients based on the principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis
Complete daily program writing and data collection before the end of each shift
Work with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to implement individualized treatment plans
Collect and accurately record data on clients’ progress
Maintain and protect the well-being of all clients during treatment sessions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be at least 18 years of age
Possess a minimum of a High School Diploma; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in psychology, special education, or related field preferred
A minimum of one (1) years experience in working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with special needs
Must be caring, energetic, and detail-oriented
Driver’s License and reliable transportation
Ability to lift/carry up to a maximum of 50 lbs and remain standing for up to 4 hours
Must be able to remain within close proximity to children at all times for safety
Successful completion of criminal history background check and drug testing
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work with a variety of individuals in different settings
