Clinical Partner – Occupational Therapy

About the role

- Providing treatment and intervention
- Helping people stay active, independent and right where they belong – home
- Performing home visits or running group activities for clients accessing Support at Home or CHSP services
- Delivering person-centred care in an environment that promotes continuous quality improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Tertiary qualified Occupational Therapist with current AHPRA registration
- Practical experience, or sound knowledge in Aged Care, Inpatient, Community, Home-Based or Rehabilitation or related setting
- Strong communicator
- Ability to plan and manage your time effectively
- Access to a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and safe driving record
