About the role
- Assessing functional care needs

Requirements
- A tertiary qualified Occupational Therapist with current AHPRA registration and practical experience, or sound knowledge in a Rehabilitation or Aged Care setting
- This can include inpatient/outpatient, community settings, or both
- Strong communicator, and able to plan and manage your time effectively
- Enjoy working independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Access to a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and safe driving record to travel between client’s homes and HammondCare locations (travel costs reimbursed)
