Key responsibilities & impact

Assist and provide support for all design aspects of assigned projects
Attend Kick-off meetings with design team, clients and owner to develop scope of work
Perform Site visits to determine existing conditions and document all associated systems
Provide project management from project kickoff thru construction administration
Convey information to internal stakeholders for submissions on design deliverables
Provide consultation on mechanical equipment room sizes during design stage
Produce & review HVAC Load & Energy calculations
Design HVAC ductwork layouts, ductwork sizing and specify required equipment
QA/QC reviews of calculations by Designers and provide guidance
Respond to RFIs for the project and review submittals during construction

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in HVAC and/or Plumbing Building Systems Design
Experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) Engineering
PE Licensure is required
Working knowledge of Revit
AutoCAD MEP is a plus
Self-motivated with ability to learn quickly and accept responsibilities
