About the role
- Attend Kick-off meetings with design team, clients and owner to develop a scope of work for project
- Perform Site visits to determine existing conditions and document all associated systems included in scope of work
- Provide project management from project kickoff thru construction administration, as needed
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in HVAC and/or Plumbing Building Systems Design
- Strong understanding of the Mechanical Engineering discipline
- Self-motivated, ability to learn quickly, accept responsibilities and take on new challenges
Benefits
- Must have working knowledge of AutoCAD MEP and Revit
- Proven ability to lead a team of Design Engineers
- Must be a licensed PE in the State of FL
