Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end delivery of major branding, website, and digital transformation projects.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, budgets, billing and resource plans.
Manage client relationships and act as the key point of contact for all project communications.
Oversee internal and external resources, ensuring alignment across creative, strategy, and development teams.
Mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
Report on progress, budget, and performance metrics to both clients and internal stakeholders.
Champion best-practice project management methodologies to drive operational excellence.
Mentor junior and mid-weight project managers within the team.

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of experience in project management within a creative, brand, or digital agency.
Proven experience managing large-scale, complex B2B projects.
Strong budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning skills.
Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management abilities.
Deep understanding of creative and digital production processes.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, WorkBook etc.).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft 365, and familiarity with Figma or similar digital design tools.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
