Digital Solutions Lead – AI & Automation

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive HAMERKOP's digital transformation and shape its technology roadmap.
- Identify opportunities for AI, automation, and digital solutions across the organisation.
- Oversee the development and adoption of new tools and products.
- Contribute to hands-on software development, prototyping, workflow automation, and AI-enabled applications.
- Collaborate with consultants, management, clients, and external development partners to design, implement, and improve technology-enabled solutions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, data science, or a related discipline.
- 4–8 years of experience in software development, technical product management, digital transformation, solutions engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience designing, building, and maintaining business applications, workflow automation solutions, digital products, or AI-enabled tools.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and manage initiatives from concept through implementation.
- Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including external developers, technology vendors, or implementation partners.
- Experience applying AI, workflow automation, or knowledge management technologies to solve practical business problems.
