About the role
- Calculation and payment of company pensions and capitalisation (lump-sum) claims
- Handling telephone and written inquiries
- Data transfers with tax offices and health insurers
- Optimization of workflows and business processes
- Onboarding/integration of new mandates (clients)
Requirements
- Degree from a university or university of applied sciences (Fachhochschule) or completed commercial/vocational training
- Ideally professional experience in personnel, payroll or pension accounting
- Enthusiasm for optimizing workflows and processes
- Structured and independent working style
- Proficient in MS Office
