About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Full Stack Development (approx. 40–50%)
Contribute to and further develop our Alberta® product suite
Architectural design and sharing your experience in Scrum meetings
Close collaboration with the team on new features — from concept to deployment
AI-assisted development: you make effective use of Claude Code, Windsurf & co. and help us expand this further
Test Automation & Quality Engineering (approx. 50–60%)
Build and evolve our test automation infrastructure
Develop and maintain E2E, integration, and unit tests
Exploratory testing: find bugs before they reach real users
Introduce and refine test strategies and best practices within the team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience developing larger web applications (e.g., Angular, React) using TypeScript and HTML5/CSS
Solid expertise in test automation (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Jest, or comparable frameworks)
Experience with exploratory testing methods and a strong quality mindset
Confident working with REST APIs
Database experience (SQL and/or NoSQL)
Enthusiasm for AI tools and their sensible use in everyday development
Clean-code mentality, affinity for code reviews, agile mindset
Good German skills (at least B2)
