About the role
- Build/maintain strong client relationships
- Deliver financials and strategic business advisory via virtual meetings and email
- Supervise a team of associates
- Responsible for team’s performance and success
- Review financial reports for accuracy and timeliness
- Provide support for businesses going through transformation, growth, process improvement, fundraising, and preparing for transactions
- Provide general accounting guidance to clients
- Training and supervision of less experienced staff
- Create/implement improvements for the team and firm
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting from an accredited college or university
- CPA, EA, MBA, or CMA required
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience
- 5 years experience as a Senior Accountant overseeing a team of staff accountants recommended
