• Scope, execute, and review cost-segregation and related depreciation analyses across diverse real-estate portfolios, then translate the findings into clear, accurate reports for owners, developers, and investors.
• In parallel, you’ll build and mentor a high-performing technical team, refine processes for scale, and champion thought-leadership initiatives that position the firm at the forefront of cost-segregation and real-estate tax strategy.
