About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and manage processes to ensure appropriate training is assigned to all R&D employees
  • Assess curricula and capability training requirements as roles and responsibilities evolve
  • Partner with functional leads to train central vendors on appropriate procedures
  • Design and roll out engaging training materials and initiatives across varied delivery methods
  • Collaborate with Process, Standards & Documentation and System Operations & Support teams
  • Optimize existing training resources based on end users’ roles and procedural needs
  • Create written communications and visual assets and deliver live training sessions
  • Provide audit and regulatory inspection support across R&D
  • Provide timely documentation and support effective corrective and preventative actions (CAPA)
  • Ensure required timelines and audit/inspection readiness are met

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree in a science-related field
  • Minimum 4–6 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical and/or consumer healthcare/goods industry
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in training and communication
  • Confidence working with learning management systems, digital tools, and Microsoft Office package
  • Experience developing training materials using training content development tools and software
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and influencing skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownership of defined deliverables
  • Preferred: experience working in a regulated or compliance-driven environment
  • Preferred: experience supporting audit, assessment, or CAPA activities
  • Enhanced customer service orientation and ability to communicate professionally with diverse cross-functional non-technical and technical audiences
  • Experience working with cross-functional, regional, or global stakeholders
