About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, create, and adapt Haleon brand content across digital touchpoints, focusing on e-commerce product detail pages and retailer content requirements across 30+ Central and Eastern Europe markets
- Build, maintain, and optimize PDP and retail media-ready content in line with brand standards and retailer specifications
- Execute content updates aligned with go-to-market plans
- Coordinate content briefs, approvals, and handoffs
- Review and audit content specifications, metadata, and asset integrity; identify gaps, correct errors, and propose improvements
- Own the content QA process across brand-market combinations, portfolios, and retailer environments
- Manage operational workflows in relevant systems and maintain structured documentation and collaboration-tool hygiene
- Support eCommerce and Digital Shelf initiatives by executing approved content changes
- Partner with agencies and internal teams to align content development with campaign objectives and activation priorities
- Provide guidance on content standards and template availability; support audit and documentation of content changes and approval flows
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–5+ years of experience in FMCG/CPG and/or Consumer Healthcare digital content, eCommerce operations, digital merchandising, or digital content activation
- Proven track record delivering high-quality, high-volume SKU content and managing launches or changes at pace
- Experience managing product data and digital assets in structured content systems such as PIM and DAM
- Experience preparing content for publication across retailer e-commerce platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with multiple stakeholders in parallel
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Consumer Healthcare industry experience, Pharmacy retailers, or highly regulated industries and channels is a major advantage
- High attention to detail and strong quality mindset
- Analytical acumen, including understanding and tracking execution success KPIs
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder skills in a matrix environment with multiple approvals and dependencies
