About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Accountable for all aspects of the Safety and Medical technology ecosystem
  • Partner closely with Safety, Medical Affairs, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, and Digital & Technology teams
  • Develop and maintain the technology vision and roadmap for Safety and Medical capabilities
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, compliance requirements, and patient safety considerations
  • Lead delivery, enhancement, and lifecycle management of Safety and Medical technology platforms
  • Ensure all technology solutions comply with applicable regulations, quality standards, and internal governance requirements
  • Manage vendor relationships, support escalations, issue resolution, platform upgrades, and lifecycle management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8 - 14 years of experience in relevant field
  • Expert knowledge of Pharmacovigilance, Drug/Product Safety, Medical Affairs, and Medical Information processes
  • Experience with one or more industry-leading Safety and Medical platforms such as: Veeva Safety, ArisGlobal LifeSphere, Oracle Argus Safety, MedDRA, Medical Information platforms, Medical Content Management systems, Signal Detection and Risk Management solutions
  • Strong understanding of Pharmacovigilance regulations, GxP compliance, Computer System Validation (CSV), Data Integrity principles, Global Health Authority requirements
  • Experience managing SaaS and enterprise technology products
  • Experience working within Agile product delivery methodologies
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across Safety, Medical, Clinical, Regulatory, and Quality functions.
